First, we must bring light into our darkness. We must get completely honest with ourselves. As Carl Jung says, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

Integration means to make whole. This phase is about acceptance. Accepting the past, accepting our upbringing, accepting our parents, accepting our faults and our mistakes. The most effective tools for integration are forgiveness and love.

Individuation is a Jungian term which basically means to become who you truly are. Think of this as your new beginning.
