Clinical Supervision
I have been a Clinical Supervisor in the state of California since 2019. I find great joy in supporting new therapists and social workers on their path toward licensure. My style is warm, compassionate, direct, and strengths-based. I do not simply teach you my tools, but my goal is to support you in developing your own unique, special style. I approach the supervision relationship from an attachment lense, and strive to cultivate a strong, secure attachment where you can feel safe to be curious, inquisitive, and confident. I approach the art of therapy from a Jungian/depth perspective, and will often encourage you to examine transference and countertransference in the therapeutic relationship. I believe in shining light on our own traumas, unhealthy attachments, and survival patterns so we as therapists can attune to our client’s process with full presence, humility, and groundedness. If you feel aligned to some of my philosophies and are curious to see if we would be a good fit, I would be happy to schedule a time to connect.
